6 Ingredient Anything Pancakes
Paleo. Gluten, dairy, grain, sugar free.
- 1 banana
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 3 tbsp almond meal
- 3 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup raspberries/blueberries frozen
- ½ cup sugar free dark chocolate pieces/drops
- 2 tbsp cacao powder may need to add a little milk to mixture
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sultanas/chopped apricots/dates
- 1 apple grated
- In a medium bowl mash the banana and whisk in the eggs.
- Mix in the other base ingredients until combined.
- Choose your flavour option and add to mixture then combine. Add a little nut milk if too thick.
- In a frypan on a medium heat, melt coconut oil and add spoonful's of mixture. Flip when bubbles appear.
