Super easy and deliciously healthy pancake recipe that's gluten, dairy, grain and sugar free and suitable for a Paleo diet.

6 Ingredient Anything Pancakes

Paleo. Gluten, dairy, grain, sugar free.
Prep Time 10 mins
Cook Time 20 mins


Base Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp almond meal
  • 3 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Flavour Options

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raspberries/blueberries frozen
  • ½ cup sugar free dark chocolate pieces/drops
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder may need to add a little milk to mixture
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sultanas/chopped apricots/dates
  • 1 apple grated


  • In a medium bowl mash the banana and whisk in the eggs.
  • Mix in the other base ingredients until combined.
  • Choose your flavour option and add to mixture then combine. Add a little nut milk if too thick.
  • In a frypan on a medium heat, melt coconut oil and add spoonful's of mixture. Flip when bubbles appear.
